I've been thinking we need a "Bhanks Casino" thread to keep track as it approaches and get various people's thoughts.  I mentioned this last week, but it was ignored.  I put it at 10-20% chance he shows up.

There could be various sub-bets on what the reason claimed is, sick bowels, court issues, etc.

The fiance is such a fng idiot too.  She asked him not to be bloated at the wedding (probably because he has horrible gas and farting).  Probably wants the photos and video to be at least somewhat acceptable.  But how in the FNG hell is she ok with him CRASH dieting and training for a BB show when the last time he almost died from organ failure per his own words?

Hanky, serious question. For this dog cardio, would you recommend that I start with my lightest dog and work my way up? I have a 20lb frenchie, a 25lb frenchie and a 60lb black and tan coonhound. Should I start with 10 minutes at 20lbs and then ramp up the walk minutes and dog weight when my body starts adapting? I already have blurry abs, but I want deep-etched abs. How many dogs will it take to achieve this?

4 weeks is a long time but yes based on my calculations I won’t be in my best shape at 4 weeks as I am not changing the metabolism until next week. However I will be close enough and qualify for nationals. I am getting married in May and my girl asked for me not to be bloated for our wedding pics as such it was time to lean out anyway. The contest is going to be fun but getting in shape is its own reward I am excited to see what it looks like when I bring the weight back down. Also weighing in heavier the day before then drying out the last day vs weighing in dry and rehydrating will make a big difference. And I do think classic will be better suited for me.

Will you not be wearing clothing at the wedding?

I think the plan is to get him to take out a life insurance policy, put herself on the deed, then keep encouraging these crazy behaviors knowing he is not going to last long and she gets its all in short order.   She will have a great house for herself and kids and Hanky is out of the way. 

Nothing makes sense here at all.
