Thanks NJ trying to get close to that but without losing fullness in arms and chest and legs and back want to still feel strong and get a pump on stage not just be shredded I am entering classic physique I was 194lbs in that pic although it was a couple years ago but lifting more now have more muscle plan is to weigh in at 205 between 1-3 on Saturday  and step on stage just over 200lbs Sunday at 9am for prejudging only question is if I do something after weigh ins with food and water or if I just fast through the show

Of course plans can change as I start dropping body fat and see what I look like at certain weight I feel under 200 and I am sacrificing fullness I think 205lbs will be a good look for me

You have to practice mandatories, transitions, holding the pose, staying tight, not gassing out (hint hint hint), etc.  There is a lot more than just a crab most muscular, but you can figure it out on game day I guess.
