Lol you guys also think I am 58 and weigh 185lbs I was training heavier last week but just wanted to take it easy. I actually feel the rows I did in my back yesterday morning today I don’t feel the bench pressing from last night at all.

Drop the weight about 50lbs and press it evenly, if you're body will even let you, and activate your chest. Every time you put up a training vid it's clear why you're a mess of torn bodyparts
