*2 chicken breasts ...2 cans of tuna .. you get hungry add another meal or two ...all meat is at least6- 10 ounces ...get a good food scale! I know I'm banging my head on a brick wall here but .... it's got to be better than cake and all the other crap/ shit food you are inhaling! Stuffing and dumplings one week out from a bodybuilding contest!!! .... even if you were shredded at this point which you are NOT .. that wouldn't be something you would eat!!
