After 20+ years of constant gear use and crowing about how great he was for the past many months Bhanky had a Crohnes flare-up, dropped 10 pounds and then had the bright idea to go into an Over 40 Classic Physique show 6 hours away from his house, the Charlotte Cup.  Since then he's fried like bacon losing all of his size, but still looking in no better condition.  He's dieted on 3,500 calories a day and been bleeding a cup of blood daily from the ass and had diarrhea for a week (seriously, he admitted this).  Many think he won't make the 9 hour drive (with shitter stops), but if he does, he plans to make the cutoff weight of 205, carb up for 6 hours then fast for another 12 until the morning of the show so he will be crisp and ready with an empty stomach, not farting, bleeding and shitting all over the stage.  His only hope now is that competitors no better than the two below 2021/2022 Over 40 Classic Physique winners show up, otherwise he's well and truly fucked (also Goodrum may be filming at the show for us):

TLDR:  He's entirely discredited himself no matter who shows up because he's shown he knows jackshit about bodybuilding! (credit to Wes)

BUT - you ain’t in contest shape brother. There are plenty of us who have competed a lot - and I would bet that every single one of us has gotten to contest day and said “uh-oh” .
Everyone at the gym tells you how incredible you look and how you are going to blow away the competition, I get it.

I won’t drag this out. Just wanted you to maybe stop and think about the fact that some of us may actually be trying to keep you from embarrassing yourself. Don’t take everything so personally. Me saying you will embarrass yourself isn’t some dog against you as a human. Do you not have any buddies? My real life friends and I are CONSTANTLY picking on each other and ourselves.
Anyway - I hope you can overcome your insecurities man.
