I ate a lot less of everything I am depleted  and I increased my walks.
Yes,you ate the same shit you always eat but instead of 8000 calories of junk/garbage/non-bodybuilding type foods,you ate 4000 calories of junk/garbage/non-bodybuilding type foods.

You should have eaten clean foods through your entire prep........let me explain what clean foods are to you since you don`t seem to have a fucking clue:

PROTEIN
skinless boneless chicken breasts.....NO BREADING
turkey
eggs and eggwhites
fish.....tuna and canned tuna,salmon,tilapia,cod,etc.
lean beef....most eat once a week or so,though not everyone does


Carbs:
baked potatoes
yams/sweet potatoes
rice
oatmeal
cream of wheat or rice
fibrous vegetables.....and salads
fruit (some people omit fruit due to the sugar content)

FATS:
olive oil
natty peanut butter
any trace fat found in the clean foods listed above

There are more but these are enough to school you on.

You should eat these throughout the day....day after day 6 meals a day so you can add in or omit food to make subtle changes to your physique....DAY AFTER DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK !!

Most people take out dairy products and any processed foods such as bread,candy gravy....you know all the shit that you always eat.

Most do cardio after training or in the AM upon awakening or twice daily.....it all depends...some don`t do any.

Your diet should be anywhere from 10-20 weeks depending on how lean you are to begin with......dropping fat slowly and taking in enough protein to retain muscle mass....some guys will even build more muscle when on gear.

That`s enough basic shit....copy it down for your next show.

. Prejudging is 9am finals is 5pm. I only ate half the flatbread half a sandwich and one of the granola bars and half the juice not sure if I should eat another granola bar or not.

You’ ve literally gotten the poster of the year to go all in on owning you; and I’m not discounting the numerous other members who have also done this.

I thought this contest prep was laughable . But when I realize or you went old school with the prep and you have literally turned this into a religious experience….I can only pray for the competition that God will have mercy on their placings.

Dude you told me to eat steak in the middle of the night before the show my body will not digest that by 9am. Simple  sugars digest quickly and are out of you digestive track. I have other carbs as well I cut all the fat I am going to cut  now I am restoring glycogen to get my pump back. I didn’t eat anything today until 5pm. Just because I am doing things differently than you doesn’t mean I didn’t think them through knowing what works for me I told you guys day 1 I was going to cut to 205 then load some carbs that’s it. I never intended to starve it dehydrate myself I am going to be around 210 on stage

I seriously was going to stay out of this because I just couldn't stand the sheer stupidity of you this weekend.

He told you to eat steak because it IS slow digesting.  You cut back on fluids because you WANT you body to take the available fluid (sub-q and some interstitial) and draw it into the digestive track to help with digestion.  Your 'cranberry juice' is fucking fluid.  You don't do simple carbs right now.  You aren't restoring glycogen because you haven't depleted any.  I don't necessarily think you have to do a traditional carb deplete / load anyway...but thats a different discussion. 

You obviously do NOT know what works because you can't get a pump.  I don't buy it for one second that you haven't been straight fucking forward with the pharmaceuticals you are taking right before this because that in and of itself has been proven to prevent guys from getting a pump.

We know you weren't going to starve yourself...you are the 'elite miracle genetic wonder' that will go into organ failure is you drop below 4,000 calories and 200lbs.   Fuck off with your nonsense like that.

I can't believe you are even on the fucking internet right now....I would NEVER do something so asinine.  I usualy watched movies....practiced some poses....and did NOTHING so that I wasn't expending ANY MORE energy than what is needed.

I would debate Wes and Mike on the food types (to a point)....some of it is pure bro science bullshit, but some has merit.
