Db laterals 25s for 10 sets of 12-15
V bar pushdowns 10 sets 10-15
Face pulls 10 sets 10-12 stack
Barbell shrugs 10 sets 10 with 275
Crazy pump again. Just got bored and did pretty much same shit I did earlier today and some from yesterday.
