Straight bar Stiff Leg Deadlift
2x10x185lbs
Trap Bar Dead
3x10x240lbs
2x8x330lbs
1x420lbs

I weighed in at 205lbs this am and 207lbs prior to the workout. I need to tighten up my lats before pulling next time as I felt I started to loose on the final 1 rep set and felt a small strain in my left lat armpit area


Bianca you also need to Tighten up your Anal ring to stop
the Shit seeping out.  1 to many ring batterings.

What world do you think a custody agreement would give the dad 8 days prior to fathers day then return the child on a Saturday before Sunday fathers day? We do exchanges on Sundays not Saturdays just like every other parents with a custody agreement

Only one struggling rep? Trap bar deadlifts are much easier than regular deadlifts, you should be able to rep that shit.

Enjoy it while it lasts. Once, you move you will be kicked out of the local gyms and be regulated to working out in your bedroom with a pair of adjustable dumbbells.

I know he's just starting out, so I won't harp on it.  If he learned form, at his bodyweight and drug use, he should be repping that for 10+.  I don't think he will though, since that requires some work and patience.

Machine bench 200 for 4 after 4:warm up sets

Machine skull 140.for 6 and 150 for 3 after 3 warm ups

Dips with 35 kg for 3 after 5 warm ups

Machine lateral 100 for 4 after 3 warm ups

So far shoulders and chest have added 1 full inch and arms 1/3 inch

Legs are healed up now fully closed and ready to go so maybe I'll do some leg presses next workout

They have 2 leg presses plate loaded and pin probably use the pin loader if I do them loading plates on is a pain in the fucking ass although I have zero problem plate loading dips and chins😂

10 sets of 100 db incline presses reps 35,25,22,20,20,20,18,17,16,15. After a few warms ups with 80s
Superset
10 sets standing calf raises on smith machine 315 so 285 for sets of 20.

I will film a chest day one day soon.

Panatta Pulllover 3 x 15 drop last set
Bent over barbell bench row 4 x 10 ultra strict pulling tiny waist really felt this lower lat only went light but the burn was nuts- pause at peak contraction
Seated Hoist Row- 3 x 12-15
Straight Pulldown on weird looking attachment so the hands were parallel attached to a bar with lots of holes in it??? 8 x 8 FST Style- 30 seconds between sets

Pump and lactic acid in the lats was lovely!
