Bent over barbell bench row 4 x 10 ultra strict pulling tiny waist really felt this lower lat only went light but the burn was nuts- pause at peak contraction
Seated Hoist Row- 3 x 12-15
Straight Pulldown on weird looking attachment so the hands were parallel attached to a bar with lots of holes in it??? 8 x 8 FST Style- 30 seconds between sets
Pump and lactic acid in the lats was lovely!
