10 sets of 100 db incline presses reps 35,25,22,20,20,20,18,17,16,15. After a few warms ups with 80s
Superset
10 sets standing calf raises on smith machine 315 so 285 for sets of 20.

In all honestly - it’s a misstep in the right direction.     I’d like to see more reps but it’s better than that strict curl idiocy.

Yeah warm up is 80s somedays 90s. I used to be a bench pressing machine and there were many days I would warm up with 315. I wasn’t the smartest guy hahah hence why my shoulders shit the bed and I can’t flat bench anymore. Incline just doesn’t hurt for some reason.so I will rock these db presses until I can’t do them as well haha.

Only one struggling rep? Trap bar deadlifts are much easier than regular deadlifts, you should be able to rep that shit.

It was literally my first time trying it. I did 330 for 8 prior plus multiple other sets. I wasn't trying to rep it. I just now realized on that rep the first one I have felt that I need to tighten up before my pull. It's is my 2nd trap bar deadlift workout in months. I also already did several sets prior scroll back to see the workout. I think I could get a good bit more with a couple weeks practice. The problem is there is no more room on the bar. It really was not a struggle. Couple weeks to work on technique and I can probably pull 500  trap bar no problem but I don't have room on the bar and what is the point sets of 8 are fine this was just for shits and giggles at the end of my workout.

You can see the exact moment where he "hitches the weight" basically, the "ah shit, moment"

Imagine, thinking a 4 plate trap bar deadlift being on GH for 6 months and 500-750 mg trt is impressive

Again closer to half that and the GH hasn't put any size on me it just seems to make me feel better. Its a double bodyweight trap lift its not any kind of record but it's a decent lift.

Machine bench 200 for 4 after 4:warm up sets

Machine skull 140.for 6 and 150 for 3 after 3 warm ups

Dips with 35 kg for 3 after 5 warm ups

Machine lateral 100 for 4 after 3 warm ups

So far shoulders and chest have added 1 full inch and arms 1/3 inch

Legs are healed up now fully closed and ready to go so maybe I'll do some leg presses next workout

They have 2 leg presses plate loaded and pin probably use the pin loader if I do them loading plates on is a pain in the fucking ass although I have zero problem plate loading dips and chins😂

I do but no need not even planning to do 420 again anytime soon. The sets of 8 with 330lbs felt just right to work on my form for and strength for now. I also may incorporate more stiff legs into the workout as doing them together felt good

explains the pre contest water bloat

I took HGH the night before with 600mg+ of carbs and additional fluids. I wouldn't say I was bloated but I wasn't at my best. I took an additional HGH that morning with again more fluids and carbs. I was worried I would not get a pump and have my vascularity so wanted to stay hydrated and carbed up but actually lost vascularity.

Next time going to go in empty morning condition and cut fluids post weigh ins. I will hit vacuums I will come in too lean and dry next time. I am staying lighter now.

HGH is an anti diuretic I cut it out a week prior to dry out then tried to super load it after weighs ins to fill back up

Funny I did 330x8 for 2 sets yesterday. Trap bar deadlifts are more of a leg exercise the stiff leg deads hit the back more
