I trained lquads a bit yesterday

Leg extensions
5x20
Bike
20 min

I will probably do chest today then hit some squats tomorrow but before the end of the week I will do legs again with squats chest and biceps.

Josh can hop on a plane and be here tomorrow. But yeah getting my pec fixed is priority over fighting a 60 year old man sorry it doesn't mean that much to me. If he wants to make sure it happens he can come here anytime prior to my surgery and we can fight no problem but after my surgery I am not fighting anyone I will just stab them.

I did trap-bar deadlifts this morning (regular deads have been bothering my dodgy hip lately), 275x5.  I use the low handles as opposed to the bitch-made high handles.

I am nursing a mild discomfort, or I would have done squats. I can't hold a squat bar without discomfort right now. I am going to give it a few days. I still plan to squat before the week ends on Sunday.

The way I see it I have 5 leg exercises as long as I do each one once a week it doesn't really matter how many days it takes to do them. This winter it was cold and I did not go outside to train now it is warm leg training has increased

Just do a variation until you're healed dumbo.

Like front squats or zercher squats.

Pulldowns 60 kg a side for 8 and 70 kg a side for 4

DB hammer curls 20 kg for 9 and 22 kg for 5

Again if anyone actually wants to fight me they can come to Kitty Hawk NC anytime between now and my pec surgery which is not yet scheduled. After that am not fighting anyone for a year and I will just stab a guy. So you guys want to fight get here between now and then. As soon I sell my house and have more funds I am getting my pec fixed priority #1

What do you think you could pull on trapbar deadlifts DJ?

If I trained it for 6 weeks straight and didn't bail like I normally do with leg training probably somewhere between 315 and 365

On that pull workout all lifts went up so I'm heading in the right direction

I thought bout implementing DC training but I got a feeling it would wreak the fuck outta me but I could maybe do DC style on one lift per training session though
