What are you running now gear wise?
Tuesday I took 200mg test and a microdoses of 25mg tren e and 10mg trest a (MENT).
It was about the same previous months. Test at 250mg and microdoses of tren and trest 25mg of each per week. But I had also been given some bottles of Winstrol in oil so I would take 100mg a week, interesting SEO effect on delts LOL. I also had small quantities of various orals so I would take some preworkout sometimes, no special plan, undisciplined. Note that I'm anemic and red blood cells are relatively low so I'm not getting a proper response. I was given 2 bags of blood at the hospital to correct it. Since low values are negative for pancreas inflammation recovery I should be helped with some EPO but good luck getting a meeting with the proper specialist in this shit healthcare situation. EPO is actually no big thing, it's legitimate use, it can easily be controlled to just raise levels to where you want it. Bostin Loyd was prescribed EPO due to his kidneys but he said "fans" were just sending it to him free of charge.
When you are now 'cruising' as I understanding it, how much do you take? Just test? I still don't have a cheap IRL hook up for Chinese growth but I'd like to do 2iu, at my age that's relatively a huge increase in levels. I don't know why older lifters don't use it more, what could go wrong? Even if just for skin quality or whatever. Just to more youthful levels, legit HRT GH starts at .8iu and titrated up depending on IGF-1 response. So I'm taking MK-677 from supplement shops in intervals.
I tracked my calories very strongly last winter and I learned at 155-158 my maintenance calories are bout 2500
And I slept another 1.5 hours so 9 total today
Ok. My buddy weighs 280lbs+ and claims 1800 cals LOL. I haven't met you but you might be the fidgeting type and over a day that might burn significant calories, so they say.
I believe sleep is very very important, I suspect at the top of things that affects health. Researchers already see worsening health parameters going from 8 to 7.
