No it's lack of sleep

Lately I was getting like 3 hours tops

Yesterday I got 7.5 and today 6.5 plus a 2 hour nap after training.

Also like I said before I did train shoulder yesterday

It felt like my body was eating itself up due to something serious. Docs just said you must've eaten less; I did but still felt something additional was going on. A couple of months earlier as I noticed body composition changing I was running "Super Cardarine" from predatornutrition and thought it might really be working on body composition despite no conscious effort. But now I'm unsure. Now lost an additional 3kg since monday WTF! Need to stock up on these Lidl High Protein cans and try to eat more fats and carbs too. Always looking for pharma options, I'll get a few Lantus and Novorapid tomorrow and force down liquid carbs to avoid dying. OTOH hand having low bodyfat is freaking great but not if it's accompanied by too much weight loss and muscle wasting too 8)

Does that extra training make any noticeable difference to you?

Coming back to this. I've always felt Dorian's once weekly, 1 working set per exercise, 2-3 exercises max, pretty much does everything you need to grow. He and Mentzer and Arthur Jones used these overly simplistic analogies of "If you drive a nail in with one blow additional blows will just hurt you," "once you've sent the signal, that's enough, go home and grow." Dorian now says he should have trained even less and more infrequently as Mr O :D

Some bodybuilders, like IFBB Pro Roman Fritz, have taken to hitting bodyparts with high volumes 3-4 times a week but I see no change. Instead he's come down with rhabdomyolysis, more than once from what I understand.

Apologies if this all is taking away from this being a pure workout journal, though it's related to what we all may do with our routines currently 8)

I only weigh 157 but if I eat 2200 or less I start losing weight

But I have a gifted metabolism for a 56 year old

Too little obviously, just haven't had the appetite. Don't count calories strictly, but I was drinking 10+ cans of sugary soda after I noticed weight dropping, trying to halt it. Many people, probably myself too, are bad at guesstimating calorie intake.

Don't know if this is veering off topic again, at least it's not PEDs.

Pure training related: I already did an arm workout, and one delt + calves workout. Strength was surprisingly good, not quite at the level as before hospital but nothing drastic. Not wanting to rip the surgical staples so conscious about not stretching the abs and so on.

I tracked my calories very strongly last winter and I learned at 155-158 my maintenance calories are bout 2500

Generally maintenance for most folks is BWx12 so 160x12 is 1920 which is way way way below my maintenance

I take zero get burner abd zero gh

You already know my steriod stack

I just finished the var so still running test e, halo, and cheque drops only on bench days

And I slept another 1.5 hours so 9 total today

What are you running now gear wise?

Tuesday I took 200mg test and a microdoses of 25mg tren e and 10mg trest a (MENT).

It was about the same previous months. Test at 250mg and microdoses of tren and trest 25mg of each per week. But I had also been given some bottles of Winstrol in oil so I would take 100mg a week, interesting SEO effect on delts LOL. I also had small quantities of various orals so I would take some preworkout sometimes, no special plan, undisciplined. Note that I'm anemic and red blood cells are relatively low so I'm not getting a proper response. I was given 2 bags of blood at the hospital to correct it. Since low values are negative for pancreas inflammation recovery I should be helped with some EPO but good luck getting a meeting with the proper specialist in this shit healthcare situation. EPO is actually no big thing, it's legitimate use, it can easily be controlled to just raise levels to where you want it. Bostin Loyd was prescribed EPO due to his kidneys but he said "fans" were just sending it to him free of charge.

When you are now 'cruising' as I understanding it, how much do you take? Just test? I still don't have a cheap IRL hook up for Chinese growth but I'd like to do 2iu, at my age that's relatively a huge increase in levels. I don't know why older lifters don't use it more, what could go wrong? Even if just for skin quality or whatever. Just to more youthful levels, legit HRT GH starts at .8iu and titrated up depending on IGF-1 response. So I'm taking MK-677 from supplement shops in intervals.

I believe sleep is very very important, I suspect at the top of things that affects health. Researchers already see worsening health parameters going from 8 to 7.
