Back to training in garage full time now I wish I’d never joined a gymPause Squat 3x5,5,10Paused bench 3x5,5,11Barbell row 3x5,5,12Lateral raise 2x15,20Lying ez tri ext 2x15,20Barbell curl 2x8,10Weights still light hence the reps on last set Was expecting legs to shrink since I can only squat and stiff leg deadlift now but the actuslly look thicker than when was doing leg press, ext, adductor machines ect just shows don’t really need all that shite I knew this but somehow forgot in recent years
