Back to training in garage full time now I wish I’d never joined a gym

Pause Squat 3x5,5,10
Paused bench 3x5,5,11
Barbell row 3x5,5,12
Lateral raise 2x15,20
Lying ez tri ext 2x15,20
Barbell curl 2x8,10

Weights still light hence the reps on last set

Was expecting legs to shrink since I can only squat and stiff leg deadlift now but the actuslly look thicker than when was doing leg press, ext, adductor machines ect just shows don’t really need all that shite I knew this but somehow forgot in recent years

Did a robcguns workout today. Picked 5 exercises for bis and tris did 6 sets of each. Down to 250 even from a high of 265, 25 lbs to go. Dream is to look half as good as henda
