Even if they are 20" or even 20.5" now to get ripped you will have to lose at least 40 pounds. And you say your arms will still be 20"? How come nobody else has ever duplicated that feat? You have to lose about 8% to 10% of your bodyfat but you won't lose any size? Please explain that one.

Because i dont let myself think like that. I decide what to tell my body.....I dont say  "Im gonna have to lose size to cut"    I say  "I will hold onto my size and add some"

Most people say you cant get a 20"arm naturally..........so i decided to do it.    Im not as fat as you guys think.    People ask in public places all th etime if a pro bodybuilder???   I say  "No, Those guys are twice my size"  and thats probably the truth.LOL

  You have to use the mind-muscle connection to decide how you will look, and that's exactly what you are doing. Tom Platz used to say that his mindset had a huge impact on what he looked like.
