Please do tell me how I am doing it all wrong
So far
2 bowls of steak chili with two types of beans at 4-5am
1 cup of coffee with cream and a donut at 8am
1 package of chicken and broccoli rice and 1/2lb-3/4lb of fajita meat with some kind of Chinese sauce at 11am
1 cookie at 1:30
Going to workout before my next meal
This is an inflammatory diet which will only make your gastro issues worse.
Drop the sugars, grains (flour products, rice, corn, cereals, pasta), beans, seed oils, and processed foods (donut), etc.
Apparently you are a moron though and keep eating these things.
