That's the problem....you can't carry anything in New York..stun guns, brass knucks, pepper spray, etc.  But it doesn't stop criminals.


Here in NC, you can openly walk around with a shotgun and the cops wouldn't shoot you although a colored fellow such as myself will just keep it concealed

I didnt read the article. I never heard of the guy. I dont follow politics. Hell, I dont even vote. All I knew was he was a democrat (based on the title of the page posted by GR). While most democrats have similar politics, I dont assume something before I know.

Looks like the guy was going nuts a good bit up the block before they got into it, and looks like he actually tried to talk to the guy. Honestly, would've been best just to cross the street for a while, and wait it out. Lots of broke, angry people around now, and they'd hate a guy like that.
