Been on no less than 500mg for the past 16 yrs. Feel good. Just had my second ct scan, calcium score was 0. Echocardiogram done cardiologist didn’t have any negative comments. Labs done 3x’s a year, no issues there. I take 0 meds.

Good for you man! Can I ask how old you are? (Just curious)...

Here in S FL the standard protocol that all TRT/HRT clinics issue is :

200mg Test Cyp weekly
1mg arimidex tab twice weekly
It used to be 500ius of HCG weekly (same day as arimidex) then they changed it to Gonderalin (sp?) injected twice weekly (again same day as HCG), but a couple months ago they all started changing to enclomiphene 2x weekly ( either tab or capsule- however the compounding pharmacy sends it)

Apparently the feds cracked down on HCG use because it was leading to a shortage, and then everyone complained that replacement wasn’t doing shit and the half life was horrible (only a couple hours) so now they are seeing how the enclomiphene works.
The change from HCG sucked. HCG made my balls super plump. This new compound just doesn’t have the same effect.

On 500mg of TE weekly I find .5 of adex twice a week keeps my estradiol in range. I only used HCG for a few months while off Test to get my wife pregnant, worked well.

Sample stack of a young guy making his pro debut soon:

1000mg Test Cyp weekly - UGL
500mg Primo E weekly - UGL
300mg NPP weekly - UGL
4.5 IU HGH daily - split morning, pre-workout, night - generic
6iu Novolog - pre and post workout - prescribed
20iu Novolin N - last meal - prescribed
80mg Telmisartan daily - prescribed
20mg Nolvadex daily - split morning and night - prescribed
12.5mg Aromasin daily - prescribed
50mg Proviron daily - UGL

Thats a lot of drugs...

On real TRT you get bloods done a few times a year, all of my numbers are always perfect (no thick blood, etc)...

I literally couldnt be arsed taking all that
I would probably forget half of it

Have you used the enclomiphene?  It is supposed to actually raise test as well.

Forgive me for hijacking this thread.  I've been using enclomiphene since the beginning of the year.  I've been using it all by itself at 12.5mg's daily.

I started with an abysmal test score of 150ng's
4 months later I was at 487ng's
4 months later and I am at 669ng's

Every other marker on the hormone panel is within range.  LH and FSH are right in the middle of normal and estradiol is at 24.  I'm quite happy.  My bp last reading was 106/70.  All time low.

The broader point is that lots of clinics are now using enclomiphene in place of hcg or gonadorelin.  Typically only 2 doses per week.

Right now Ro,I am Running 200 mgs. of Test 400 2 X a week,150mgs.Equipoise,2 X a week,and 50 mgs. of D-Bol daily.

I may decrease the D-Bol to  25 mgs.

I have increases all macros and food intake and only train 4 X a week as opposed to  my usual 6 X a week.

In the past I would just do 500  mgs. of any kind of Test I could get or train clean for a while.........back then I was a big believer in cycling on and off.

I have done contests using only Sustanon as I ran out of gear, but my diet  was so strict and stringent that I placed top 3-5 anyway.

People make fun of me for joining gh15`s board,I wasn`t his pal,I went there to learn........I got in my best shape ever at 57 years old just by listening to guys over there.........not gh15 in particular.......he  was just a guy trying to hustle people for gear.

Any suggestions RO ?

Who makes Dianabol today?  I thought it was discontinued many decades ago. Back in the day it was seriously strong. Same with Anadrol 50. Seen guys using one Anadrol 50 for 6 weeks go from a zero to a hero. Powerful stuff.  I wonder if the stuff sold on the black market is anywhere near the same strength as the original dianabol and anadrol 50?  Anavar had a well deserved reputation for having very low side effects and hazards. You mentioned Equipose I believe. I can't believe that horse stuff is still being made. Isn't it similar to deca?

Its actually called Metandienone these days.......CIBA was the original manufacturer.

Tons of companies make it.

Equipoise is actually Boldenon.......not quite like Deca.

Been tolling for months now deciding at my age (just turned 59) if I should or want to go on TRT...

Primary doctor had me do a test test and the first time my number were low, low 184 (normal range is anywhere between 264/300 to 900...

He prescribed me androgel 1.62 with 2 pumps everyday... Insurance wouldn't pay for it because they said I need more than just 1 test to verify lower than norm testosterone....

So since this first test, I've tested 2 more times. Second time, my number was in the 400 plus range, the next time down to the low 300's....

Taking all 3 test tests together my average is around 320. Still in the normal range, but also on the pretty low range of "normal"...

So because i'm still in the normal range, my doctor won't prescribe it because it would too expensive out of pocket? The insurance won't pay for it...

So I guess it's a male clinic of some sort or not at all?

Oh yeah, also because i'm on Crestor 5mg for my higher than normal cholesterol (although it's not that high, no family history of heart disease/stroke, etc) I now find that this could be lowering my Testosterone. Did a recent calcium score test to check for plaque in the arteries just as a "precautionary" test (optional elective test costing 99 dollars out of pocket) and on the scales of 0-10, 11-100, 101-500, I rated a low "5"... So right now i'm at a very very low risk of heart issues....

So how to move forward with TRT or not is the question...
I have had conversations with TRT doctors and more than one said that the upper cut-off age should be around 60...

I’m still puzzled what you people are talking about concerning HCG. I just got a shipment of it yesterday, prescribed by my doctor.
