What do you mean out of nothing?
When I bother to track, it puts me in that range.
If I add two potatoes + oats, that gets me to about 2800 ish. If I don't add those, I'm at like 2000-2100, with 160-220 grams of protein, mostly healthy fats.
The other day was something like this:
5 organic eggs
1/2 avocado
cup greek yogurt
small amount of potatoes
elk burger
egg
slice cheese
avocado/saurkraut
2 slices of dave's killer bread
4-6 oz salmon
roasted broccoli (roast about 2lbs every sunday and just add to meals during the week)
sweet potato
shake - 50g of whey, almond butter, blueberries, maybe 20g collagen
That's pretty much the frame work. If bother to make overnight oats the night before, I can do an 800-900 cal breakfast easy.....all depends what I'm trying to do.
If I'm doing any endurance stuff, for example, my cals go up because I'm always hungry, etc
I'm kind of 80/20 - 80% of the time, eat good stuff, but will enjoy myself as well if the right burger presents itself. Just now, someone sent us some Georgetown Cupcakes for the holidays, so I had two "preworkout" lol.
