Good glutathione precursor. Would recommend anyone on the wrong side of 40 to incorporate it into their diet if they can tolerate it.

Plenty of great tasting shakes out there but best to go with unflavoured and add your own extras.

Here's my current set up.

Wake up 30 - 45 min. walk outside.
A couple hours later. 4 hard boiled eggs

Train
Later during the day, salmon, bison, beef or rotisserie chicken.
Mixed greens, bell peppers, cucumber, cabbage, homemade dressing, and I'll add an avocado if it's chicken.

Repeat for dinner.

I really don't want to add any more animals protein because I'm not hungry for it but need the extra protein because of the training I've been doing.

Thanks Deadz, I'll check out Isopure.
I'll check out those old man shakes as well Old-timer.

I get NutriCost  from Amazon  1 tub of Whey Isolate and 1 tub of Micellar Casein mix 50/50    40-50grams per shake and i'm good.  Prefer to only use it post workout or if im missing a meal.  Ground Beef and White price is preferred grow food.

Right now I'm using Animal whey from amazon and some cheap stuff I got on clearance from BigLots.  I also just put spoonfuls of powder into my mouth and then add water hahahaha

You eat pretty clean .
I use anything that is in Walmart .Six star /Gronk is their athlete/ -  Muscletech sister company is not bad ,but Syntha 6 tastes best to me .
I sometimes do simple pancakes with egg whites, whey powder and oats.

Beverly International.  I rarely use protein powder so one tub lasts 3-4 months.  And I use it mostly for making brownies / cookies to take on my long international flights.  So I don’t eat crappy airline food.

That said, I have posted before the best protein drink is one cup liquid egg whites and 2 cups Fairlife chocolate milk.  That is almost 50 grams protein and it tastes exactly like chocolate milk.  Best of all, it is the best option cost wise.

PIP - read up on Fairlife and phthalates.

https://www.consumerreports.org/health/food-contaminants/the-plastic-chemicals-hiding-in-your-food-a7358224781/

"The findings on phthalates are particularly concerning: We found them in almost every food we tested, often at high levels. The levels did not depend on packaging type, and no one particular type of food—say, dairy products or prepared meals—was more likely than another to have them.  For example, we found high levels in, among other products, Del Monte sliced peaches, Chicken of the Sea pink salmon, Fairlife Core Power high-protein chocolate milkshakes, Yoplait Original French vanilla low-fat yogurt, and several fast foods, including Wendy’s crispy chicken nuggets, a Chipotle chicken burrito, and a Burger King Whopper with cheese. Organic products were just as problematic: In fact, the highest phthalate levels we found were in a can of Annie’s Organic cheesy ravioli."

                                                                                                            Total phthalates per serving (nanograms)*
Fairlife Core Power High Protein Milk Shake Chocolate (plastic)                               20,452

Vital Proteins. I'm very sensitive to the crap they add to protein powders but this stuff is perfect.  Mixes very easily with water or milk.

Because it's lactose free.

Rambone was a serious contender to be the first repeat PoTY.

It's a shame his love of guzzling microplastics might prevent that.

EDIT:  And now Acesulfame potassium!   He fucked.
