Again everyone has a diet by definition. I don't need to lose any weight. I am right where I need to be.

It`s not about losing weight you dumb fuck,it`s about  getting into contest condition which you have never been thus far in any of your contests.

The low volume you do.....ie.,one one or two exercises per bodypart just ain`t gonna` cut it either.

Good luck though cuz will will need 2-3 four leaf clovers,a rabbits foot, and a mojo hand for luck if you don`t dot all your "I"`s and cross all your "T"`s.

If you win without putting in the work the pics will be criticized once again but that`s on you.....but that won`t happen at Jays contest anyway.

I couldn`t care less if you compete at all,but if you do,you should at least give it your all,and stop being lazy and thinking you could win the amateur Mr. O in a few weeks time.  LOL

Jeff lives in a 3rd world country overrun by Muslims immigrant rapist with cops to sissified to carry guns. He is also mentally ill and takes multiple medications to control his depression and mania. The guy is also obsessed with another man online he stalks everywhere online and makes up fantasies about. He is not well. Additionally after 40 years of competing he managed to get an amateur win at 57 in a small show at a high school auditorium over 2 guys in their mid sixties. He starved himself down to 190lbs to do this he didn't even lift doesn't bench squat or dead etc

He has now let himself go again and is 220lbs of jealous slop

We were the last group on stage after 2 days of multiple classes. That photographer had already checked out several of my posted pics were clearly not timed correctly. But that is why the judges are there to see you in person.

Dude,there`s tons of terribly shitty pics of me online,where I know I looked better IRL,but I still had done too many contests in a row, or was just on Test alone after spending a ton of money on gear,hotels,entry fees,etc. etc....which is why I looked terrible........I always put in the work, but  the body will stop responding doing 5-7 contests in a row.....try it and see.

Show anyone a picture of you onstage and a pic of Jeff onstage and NOBODY and I mean NOBODY is saying you look even close to him. One thing I will say is that the standard of Amateur local shows here is miles ahead of the states from what I have seen. They seem like comps for the fitness birds and any bloke who wants to put a tan on.

Wes - Brian doesn’t do this for the same reasons as us man. He is so insecure that he only cares about winning- not about seeing how hard he can push himself - how much suffering he can endure - all in order to have the freakiest lean physique as possible. Brian imagines in his mind that this somehow validates him (as if he were a pro and the way to keep score is with wins)
The difference is that OF COURSE we strive to win any contest we enter, but not if we aren’t shredded. It’s the difference between true “winners” and “posers”
