Hmmm...
 
Interesting. There is no way bob has access to the sales.  He might have seen a report here and there, but he is an outside contract.  Only managers and executives have access to this.
 
We are very strict when it comes down to our customer privacy.  Also, the only report he would be able to see is a sales report.  Which consists of how many orders were sent out that day, how much, broken down by country, what was ordered, etc... NOTHING about actual customers...
 
Thanks for bringing this to my attention though.  I will call bob today...

lol....either way you might never know since deluca might just be saving face.  the best way to know your information is never seen is to not buy from there anymore.

The thing is, Bob dared me to contact Deluca and ask about it.  So I did.  I just don't get what he was going for. 

Did he want to intimidate customers into believing he could get their personal info?

Did he want to try to impress us by bragging about a position he did not really have?

Either way, I feel BBing.com's sales information is probably safe.  I believe Ryan over Bob Chick.  I just don't know why Bob would lie to us.

What I want to know is how rich is Ryan Deluca and how much does he gross each day personally?  I know I'll never find out, but with $77,000 a day in sales, you have to wonder what he's making...

You've got to figure his profits are somewhere between 15-30% of gross revenue depending on how well he controls costs and his margins on the supps.

If he wants to tell you his net worth, I'm sure he'll do so.

I know nothing about his personal or business finances, but I do know that he pumps a lot of cash into bodybuilding shows and sporting events each year and for that, I thank him.

I don't think so.  And since he's not part of the ownership or sales group, it's unlikely he'd have access to customer information.  In his role as a contracted spokesman, he wouldn't threaten to use/expose that information even if he did have access to it...because that would negatively impact his own income...and for what?

Ryan Deluca is nothing but class.  So is their webmaster, Will.  

They made it abundantly clear that their customer information is tightly protected, and that Bob Chick was incorrect.

My guess? Bob wanted to scare us.  It's just sad he had to put their reputation at risk to win an argument with some strangers on the internet.  After all, the goal of his affilation with them is to sell MORE products, right? Not to scare potential buyers.
