Hence, my question: What do you think that releasing the Maxwell grand jury testimony would shed light on?
Trump & Bondi knew that the judge doesn’t have the authority to unseal it. (Grand jury testimony is kept secret under law.) The DOJ itself conceded in court that case law forbids the court from disclosing those materials.
Trump has broad authority to declassify and release the Epstein files (the DOJ/FBI records.)
