The photo pictured there is not an actual photo from the surveillance footage. Someone took the surveillance still and plugged it into AI and prompted AI to create a clearer photo but AI just made up the facial features to fill in the blanks. Cmon, in what world have you ever seen a surveillance image as crystal clear as the photo you're posting.
