Bri looks like a starving Ethiopian with his thin limbs and bloated belly (1kg of carbs and 54iu of GH). The autistic/agoraphobic expressions are hilarious. The competition looks like they barely dieted at all. No  2 (Arnold)  has back fat hanging off his trunks. No 3 has no abs at all.

Hahbaha. There are many long time posters who don’t have any idea of Hankins real full bullshit because they don’t really follow the threads.  And not knowing the context they end up making stupid sounding comments (like that Hankins is a good dad etc.).

In fairness it’s a lot easier now that it’s centralized to one thread.
