he did some unique exercises, the lying DB row is like an exercise i did years ago called the Dorsal raise combined with a Row on a flat Bench...

Vince G. was strictly a muscle spinner.
His top students were all drug monkeys even though Vince detested steroids.

But they didnīt need "Iso-Butt" machines  :)
If you squatted properly you wouldnīt need that shit  ;)

Reeves Deadlifts are very hard to do. Hurts my fingers to hold the weights like that.   :D

Seated Broom stick twists.. back in the day i always started my ab workouts with 3 sets of 200 reps of these  ;D
I did enjoy doing them & mainly trained my abs at home, still like them as a warm up  :) but not 3x 200, 2x 50 is enough
