Joe:

Congrats on the weight loss.

Now I think it’s time to get off this poison. Please stop before the health issues manifest. I heard these GLPs destroy collagen and can rot your eyeballs!

Take the meds, take the needles, wrap them in paper towels (or whatever is the safest way to dispose of needles), and throw them in your trash compactor where they belong! Or throw them in a gas station trash can so you’re not tempted to dumpster dive if you have 2nd thoughts!

You don’t need this stuff anymore!!!!!!!

Seeing how much you love GLP-1s you'd probably love Mike Israetel's new book:

I don’t understand why there are still fat people. Is it the cost?  Welfare pays for GLPs for the fat poor, well off fat people pay their own if required. Coach is no billionaire, a couple hundred bucks a month to lose 40 pounds and change your life.

I’ve been gaining and losing for decades mostly for bodybuilding. For the rest of general public if it’s not medically related it’s 100% discipline. People want instant gratification and most don’t understand that it’s long process. They get impatient and wind up failing (giving up). Admittedly, I don’t compete anymore, don’t have the show date goal so my discipline isn’t what it what it once was although I’ve for the most part of 7-8 years tracked my food I’ve never really tracked my weight much.

The Reta helps (GLP-3) with insulin sensitivity and “quiets” the cravings for the extra night time carbs. Even my nephrologist says there are studies where it shows it can also help with kidney function and possibly prolong life or help keep mid stage kidney disease at bay along with helping reduce fatty liver and overall visceral fat.

Coach isn't your typical person using this. An ex-competitive bodybuilder not doing certain types of workouts because they'll get too big is not a common thing. 1900 cals must be rough but I know plenty of people fasting these days.

I know about Coach and my comment wasn’t really directed at him other than to say it’s not some insane financial commitment. And pretty much everyone discipline or not is losing massive weight from this. It used to be a 9 out of 10 effort to lose, GLPs make it a 4. And that the reason people use it (besides that it actually works)

Maybe some people don't want to be thin or they like having cravings and then stuffing their face? :D

Maybe some are distrustful of "Big Pharma" and don't "believe" in messing with nature? :D

I think it will take some time to see the full results. Mike Israetel thinks in the near future everyone will have a perfect body (just like him) :D

I've posted about this on other platforms. Every weekend from my house to the HB pier and back is 10 miles as the crow flies on the boardwalk. I ride a beach cruiser but all be damned if I see many people actually peddling a bike anymore. F'n seems everyone has an e-bike.

He’s a bum! Too lazy to even edit out the Gemini watermarks! Wonder if he used AI to write all his other books? Being his garbage book was written by AI, he can’t copyright his book’s content I believe. So let’s all photocopy his book and sell it!

People are losing tons of weight with GLP1s with little, if any, exercise. It’s great to do also but not something most seem to do. It fucking works, just like steroids, so there shouldn’t be fat people unless they can’t afford them or access them or are afraid to take them.
