I used to watch him train before he got his pro card. Strong dude. Would do seated hammer curls with the 110s for many reps at the end of a workout just for a pump. Have to say he locked the wow factor Ronnie had. Cook had a decent structure, big arms big shoulders and legs, shallow chest and back. Dieted down he lacked the freak factor of a top pro, but he was still world class. He did kick it with some local schmoes and wore pink and black spandex on leg day, make of that what you will.

Cook had a great physique. His legs had a slightly bow-legged look. So he had some flaws. Still better than many.

Why do you think he's lying ???
Seems perfectly plausible. Didn't he pretty much describe the majority of bodybuilders from that time period?

He literally “explained” Chris Cook’s physique.  There is a person who repeatedly has done that (hiding behind several accounts)

Listening to a gimmick “explain” Lee Haney’s or Francis Benfatto’s physique (yes those are two actual examples) is insulting.

As if we needed to be told that Lee Haney had a “good back” or that Francis Benfatto had “good shape”. 😂

Why anyone feels the need to “explain” and “describe” a person’s physique is beyond me.
