Damn Arvilla, as I sit here eating my lean ground beef and rice (yeah it was my cheat day, had some M&M cookies earlier) as I look at your pictures, with each new series, you are getting harder/leaner and still are keeping your size!

Keep doing what your doing!

Don't skimp on the weighted hyperextensions at each workout!

Motivation is key!
