the only thing i have to say about the weiders is there product is stale they need to step down and let the younger guy's run with the ball that includes radio as well
Weider/AMI athletes are no longer allowed to go on any radio show besides this one. There can be 50 BBing radio shows pop up in the next year, and guess what? ANyone you see in FLEX will not be allowed on any of these shows.
Good to see the IFBB and Pro BBing Radio is more concerned with their contracts and keeping control, than GROWING THE SPORT.
Wayne Demilia lets his PDI athletes compete where they want, and speak where they want.
This kinda reminds me of Betamax/VHS. Betamax, by Sony, had better tv recording tapes. but they wouldn't let any other companies use the technology. VHS was "open source" for manufacturers. We see who won.
Likewise, IBM let the PC technology out, and let any manufacturer build parts and software aps for it. Big company Apple held all the technology close. IBM now sits on 95% of desks in the world.
In the end, the fans will tire of waiting a week to hear a pro BBer speak, and only getting to hear a certain guy onve every 3 months, while a Lee Priest and Rhino and Vinny and Vince Taylor can have their OWN weekly show which will be far more interesting. The market will close down the IFBB monopoly eventually!
