You should do that with some of the newer pics I posted. Arvilla posted I mean. But that was classic.

I am 270lbs. I am getting tighter every day, even harder than the last pics arvilla posted. I have abs and striated glutes at this weight. I am ahead of schedule, got some feedback, maybe too far ahead. Sometimes I overdiet, so I am being very careful. The GH can eat you up, big time.

I have been training very specifically, working my arms and the sweep in my legs to keep with other parts, also, not doing alot of compound movements, as to bring my waist in as much as possible. So, I know what I need to do, and am doing it, and doing it, over and over.

Thanks, it isn't easy. Last week I had off, it was great, sleep eat, train, eat. sleep, eat,eat,eat......

Being on vacation is cool. I like staying home but not having to rush around to train and run errands. No pressure.

I love those weeks.....I get one next week......gonna fire up the grill all damn week, train mid-morning with the strippers and old farts, scratch my ass a lot and hopefully sit back and relish the fact that my beloved Spurs are in the West Conf finals!!

Training in an empty gym is great. I can't believe the Mavs are choking like this! Go Heat!

I've met Tim Duncan a couple of times.  Really laid back guy.

Tim Duncan is one of the good guys in the NBA.

He's just as nice when you meet him.  No bling-bling, no cell phone glued to his ear...none of that crap.  And really articulate.

What did he say about the dress code?

What did he say about the dress code?

It was before that, but from what I undestand he was against it.  Supposedly because he didn't own a suit, which I highly doubt, but he is just so laid back he probably would rather not have to dress up at all.
