Maybe Mike used before, but he probably stopped if he told shiftedShapes that he did.

finally some sense.  do we really need to talk around this all day?  just look at one picture of the guy and it is obvious that he is a lifetime natural.  just be happy for him and his transformation.  MIKE is thin!  as a 40 yr old man he has probably drastically lowered his chances of heart disease etc.

Mike, in most of our eyes you have already acheived a great deal. Those who actually know what it takes are right here with you and amazed at how far you have come. You have never been afraid to post pics or hide behind a screen name and are pretty down to earth for a bodybuilder...this is what won me over and kept me following your progress. People talked crap when you were heavy....now it is because your are lean. The tops pros get ragged on in here so take the negitivity with a grain of salt and focus the next two weeks.
For those who doubt the transformation....here are a couple of pics less than a year apart.

Very well done Mike.

To all that keep responding to Shapeshifter:  Please note he is just trying to screw with Michael.  He is "trying" to make jokes because he feels that if Michael were on gear he would look like Coleman.  He seems to believe that anyone and everyone who uses gear immediately throws on 50 pounds of pure muscle, not to mention he obviously doesn't understand "how much gear" one has to take daily to achieve such muscle. He lives off your responses, so let him die by not responding to those kinds of comments.

We all know what Michael does or does not do.  Don't bother wasting your time and posts by playing with this tool.

Now here's the way I see things 240, so listen up and learn something about Bodybuilding.

For as far as Mike Arvilla's legs are concerned, they do look flat however there's no tan on them at all.  If there was there would be more detail.  He's obviously in shape looking at his abs and is holding some water with is normal.  Some Taraxatone and about 2 gallons of water a day up until the night of the show will take care of that and he'll look much better.  72 hours is all he really needs for the Taraxatone to work.

Overall, the judge mainly look at the upper body and Mike's upper body is looking great.  He'll do fine and I wish him well at his show.  I only wish people who have never competed at a bodybuilding show would stop giving advice like they have won the Mr Olympia or something.  He 's taking cues from an IFBB pro so he's on the right track

Yes, bodybuilding is a very expensive sport and it takes a lot of dedication and time.  Today is Sunday and I'm heading into the gym to practice my night routine, hit the sauna, and swim a few laps.  Even on my off-days of training I'm still.....training.  Basically my house stays clean because I live at the gym

Armz, Walmart now has "Natural Chicken Breast" available with only 15 water enhancement instead of chicken broth.  Its pretty good and I like it.  I also get the regular chicken breast and I use a special steam cooker that basically gets rid of most of that chicken broth inside but keeps it juicy.  I don't worry about sodium intake since I basically eat tuna the last 3 weeks

i always laugh my ass off when i hear you writing shit like that
haha
everything you wrote doesn`t seem to work for you LOL

You're right there Vince.  Better to listen and take both critisism and advice from someone who has competed than someone who has never done so or ever will attempt to do so.

Great achievement.

You forgot to mention of those 10,000 posts 9,000 of them are him defending himself or his actions, the other 1,000 is either promoting his web business or attacking a Pro.

Its called making mistakes.  The last 72 hours are the most crucial times in bodybuilding and the margin of error is slim.  You can even screw up your conditioning 3 hours before the show.  Ask Dave Palumbo, he had a client who was ripped the night before but then showed up smooth on the day of the show because he was cramping and drank some salt water.

That time has long passed and come showtime everyone will see why they call me Venom Vince Versace aka the Carolina Cobra for..... ;D

I didn't carb up properly because I fell asleep in the afternoon after I came back from the weigh-in and didn't wake up until morning.  It also put me in a state of dehydration so when I did take in some carbs it basically made me bloated.  I pretty much went over everything I did wrong and worked with the right people to insure it won't happen again.  I'm sure a lot of people have done the same thing and ended up the same if not worse than me but my pictures were put up here publicity.

Even after I do the show at the Mountaineer, the hater will still be showing off the same pictures.  I've posted up numerous pictures of me over the past 2 years but everyone still comes back to those pictures.  I can post them up but the old ones always appears because assholes always like to put people in the worse light possible.

Vince have you ever thought your mistake was trying to bodybuild in the first place.

I swear Vince reading your posts are a great thing in the morning.  I wake myself up laughing.  The new people you are working with, do they all wear white coats.  Cause honestly they should be, and they should keep giving you the shock therapy till you realize you have chosen the wrong thing to pursue.  You are better suited for maybe chess or chinese checkers at the park.  I wish you luck in your bee pollen sales, you'll need it.

Vince, your conditioning was months in the making. You don't get that out of shape in hours.
