Mike has admitted on the boards to using nonstop for several years- NEVER coming off. Mike has admitted to living on advil. He's 40+, taking ECA. He has high blood pressure, and has carried up to what, 280 pounds, for much of his life? He has a lot of factors that could lead to heart disease. This is not a flame, this is a fact. Aren't you worried about the guy?
You just said he doesn't have high blood pressure- EXCEPT FOR THE NORM FOR DIET AND EXERCISE FOR A CONTEST. Explain that. Lowfat diets cause hypertension? Cardio causes hypertension? I'm no guru, but wasn't mike redfaced before ever starting the diet?
I'm sorry 240, I didn't realize you had a PHD along with your MBA. His "diet" isn't that of an average persons diet, and you the know all of all, should in fact know this....shouldn't you? His carbs go ridiculously low one day and then shoot up the next, plus he fat loads (obviously not a lowfat diet huh?). And yes, cardio works wonders for hypertension, if your aren't cranking out 2 hours of lifting heavy ass weights every day (some would call that kind of exercise s-t-r-e-s-s-f-u-l).
Plus, as usual you have a few "facts" wrong about Michael. He never admitted to using nonstop or NEVER coming off. There is also a difference between elevated blood pressure and high blood pressue...look it up. Again you with your lack of information, 280 is wrong, I'm not even going to tell you the real number because it is none of your business. And on top of the it wasn't for "much" of his life. The man is 42 years old, you can hardly count one year as most of his life. He ranged 155lbs until he was 25. Again...how much is much of his life after you take 25 from 42? And please remember he is almost 6'2".
Do I care about this guy? That's a lame question. Of course I care.
