Bump !
Just got back from my legs training and I include Milos's special hack squat in my routine today.
I have too say I had a hard time trying to keep my hips in the same angle as my shoulders but I did my best.
I did 4 sets of 10 reps, 4-2-4 tempo. ( I only had a plate each side

)
my legs were pumped as hell, I had a little pain in the knees for the first 2 sets but after that it was OK.
From now on, I'll always include it in my routine and I hope I'll get it right in a couple of weeks
