I'm sure the "range of motion" was about 3 inches. And 335 really isn't that much anyway.

it aint shit the way he was doing them, Dorian Yates style, they said, "Henry looks at the ridiculously heavy barbell sitting on the supports and laughs" or something stupid like that, hahahaha, you'd have thought there was 585 on there.

hahaha it also says in that issue of md that dave got too strong for the hammer machines. He could not load anymore plates onto the apparatus. 6 plates a side for 11 reps..  ::) maybe if they where 25 pound plates even with those he would be struggling hard!

What's scary is he must have done gear for a few years, before turning pro.  I take back my previous comment saying he wouldn't be 160lbs natural, he wouldn't reach 150lbs if he were natural.  I stand corrected.

You guys rip on Mr. Henry so much that even I find myself disliking him for no reason.  Is he that big of a jerk?  I find his physique very impressive with the exception of his chest.  Something about his chest annoys me.

David only does about 3-4 reps per set and since he has midget arms the bar's only moving about 3 inches, even with a full range of motion... I wouldn't even have mentioned the 335, I'd would have waited until I could get about495 before bragging about it
