The brutal geniuses in the supplement industry have you essentially buying a special kind of sugar (dextrose) for your postworkout drink, LOL! I see many of you chug down the appropriate amount of whey isolate along with some glutamine (useless supplement folks) and perhaps even a special kind of creatine. Unreal! Let me ask you a question: Are ya huge yet? If not then why not run out and spend your hard earned money on some sugar, that'll get you huge in no time! Don't want to miss that special "window of recovery"! LOL! The supplement industry OWNS so many of you, over and over again. Odd how the most successful and massive bodybuilders of all time runs out to eat some chicken, rice, beans and cornbread after a workout and totally misses his "anabolic window of opportunity" since it takes several hours before the food is digested and yet he makes great gains. His anabolic window must have an extension I suppose...
