Agreed. The first time you do a certain exercise you will undoubtedly have bad form. Which, would mean that once you can lift with that form it has now become a skill.

Also, can't really argue powerlifting isn't sport.

A Powerlifting program is definatly a part of making an athlete better at his/her sport......can't say that about bodybuilding!!

I never wanted to compete ,I even declined when I was offered sponsership.

I know you wont take my word for it but I got very good BB genetics and thats why I had that offered by a friend that wanted exposre to his products.I simply dont see any apeal in it for me.

DF, lets take a real look at the majority of posters on here, the average age is probably between 18-25, in school and living with their parents, their idea of a discussion is through insults....this thread is a perfect example of not being able to have a discussion without name calling or insulting, hell, most of the people on this board think a person is "owned" when they think they have insulted them enough and just because I choose not to insult or name call (most of the time) doesn't by anymeans mean I cannot discuss a subject!
