i do the 130 dumbellds for shoulders fopr 6-8 but thats alie to right?caus elevrome can do way more then that but he opnly weighs in 230-240 rangewhich i weigh right nowdone argueing this i can do it don;t care if you belive me correction i could do it i haven;t tried benching since my injury but you can come trian with me anytime to see how strong i am
