What I have failed to understand - and for a great while now - is why no one really wants to train heavy? It is no secret that Ronnie trains hard and heavy even pre-contest yet no one will do the same, yet they bitch (i.e. Cutler) when they lose. Just last year did Cutler finally get the message that you have to train back super heavy to compete with Coleman but he is about 8 years behind Coleman in that regard

...I mean come on...in the offseason Jay did 11 plate t-bar rows, yet Ronnie does 12 on a BFTO tape 2 weeks out? Something ain't right there...

Eventhough Johnnie and Branch train fairly heavy and intensely pre-contest...they still train nowhere near as heavy as Ronnie. For example, Johnnie struggled with 495 deadlift for 5 reps in BFTO...whereas Ronnie does 800 5 weeks out

i watched a clip with Johnny O struggling to rep with either 315 or 405 pre contest. It surprised me because he supposedly did an 827 deadlift and a 550 bench 2 weeks before a show

I'm not knocking Jay for doing 11 plate t-bar rows per se....I am knocking Jay for just doing t-bar rows for 2 years and think he's gonna have a better back than a guy who has been training like that for 25 years...whereas cutler has been doing pulley shit..

ron coleman is the biggest bodybuilder (height taken into consideration) you will ever see. i cant see any one ever NOT even in the later stages of the century touching his sheer size. i used to think there might be someone that will touch his size but i dont think so no more it is the best respond to training,,food,,and hormones you will ever see. cherish these days my friends because he took human physiqe to the max.
