Trust me, I DONT believe 99.9% of what I read. The media is full of crap!!!

However, like I said, I did see BFO where he did 200lb DB's for 12 with no problem.
that only equals 400 for 12 and that was on the Unbelievable he only locked one rep out on those.

I live in Sunset Beach but grew up in Arcadia and trained at Astro, Muscle Digest, uptown Gym and Olympus.

I live in Anaheim Hills now. But I've trained at Uptown. I also worked at Platinum Gym in Whittier in '89-90 before it closed down:(

"Locking" is actually 'RESTING" on Bench or Dumbbells.

200s for 12 is still 400lbs.  He struggles with 500 on barbell.  Levrone was a stronger bencher than Ronnie when it came to barbell.

The "bottom half" of the rep on bench press is the HARDEST part, unless you have weak triceps. Then the top is hard too :)

Too many bodybuilders have a big ego and train too heavy and cheat.  Steve Reeves trained using 10-15 reps with slow negatives.  His priority was to use the strictest form.

i've done the 140's for 6 on flats and i wouldn't even want to try bouncing them but i've seen it done with heavier weights than that.

of course he does, that's why he struggled his ass off with 495 for 5 on Cost of Redemption, he told me and a friend of mine who is a big bencher at a guest posing that the most he ever benched in his life for a single was 550.
 he also trained abs before that and he worked down at one point did 315 x 10, 405 x 8 and so on
