Trust me, I DONT believe 99.9% of what I read. The media is full of crap!!!However, like I said, I did see BFO where he did 200lb DB's for 12 with no problem.
I live in Sunset Beach but grew up in Arcadia and trained at Astro, Muscle Digest, uptown Gym and Olympus.
that only equals 400 for 12 and that was on the Unbelievable he only locked one rep out on those.
who is 'the freakshow' ?
"Locking" is actually 'RESTING" on Bench or Dumbbells.
bullshit that's a cop out for guys who don't have the strength to do full reps, anyone can bounce the bar off their chest and push it halfway.
It's pretty darn hard to "bounce" dumbbells.
I could tell you, but I'd have to...................... ..........you know the rest
The "bottom half" of the rep on bench press is the HARDEST part, unless you have weak triceps. Then the top is hard too
hahaha, no it's not, i see it all the time, it's like anything else when you get used to it it's like riding a bike.
Hi World Harris.Missing MattT?YIPZack
Okay, here's what I want you to do; "Get used to" bouncing the dumbbells off of your chest. Then, when you feel like you've got it down, I want you to "bounce" the 200lb dumbbells off of your chest for 12 reps and tell us how "easy" it is.
of course he does, that's why he struggled his ass off with 495 for 5 on Cost of Redemption, he told me and a friend of mine who is a big bencher at a guest posing that the most he ever benched in his life for a single was 550.
bullshit, i'd have to load the weight myself to believe the 550 for 2 bench and i'd have to see the 120lb. "laterals".
he also trained abs before that and he worked down at one point did 315 x 10, 405 x 8 and so on
DEFINITELY NOT Harris.
Just messing with you.YIPZack
training abs doesn't have a damn thing to do with it, you clowns are so spoonfed to believe that Ronnie is this 10 foot tall 800 pound monster who lifts weights that no other man in history has lifted, get real, he's only a man.
Hi Mars aka hedgehog how are you doing today?
