so i called the dood up and bought some...i used to take 1/day  ;D


lol i also remember one time he gave me will brinks e0mail addy and told me to ask him for steroids cause he ws a big time dealer..man Mr brink blew up at me lmao.....this ws back in 94..ahh amnesia lane...

I read an old issue of Muscle Media from 1995 yesterday. Good stuff! Bill's a smart guy and gone a long way since then.

forget all the bullsiht bill phillips is a genuis, in a markting and financial sense.  he played on peoples emotions and competitive drive to get a total of 13 million people to do the body for life challenge over 3 years and made himself close to a quarter billion.  i wish i had the idea.

nope that cycle never lasted..been off a while from everything..concentratin g on getting my CCIE..cant train and study that stuff in the same day...i'll ust hafta be outta shape..its al good though  :)

Don't sweat it, most bodybuilders don't peak until they're 35 or so anyway!

Hmm I never pictured him as a bodybuilder, I would pick one from Seinfeld it would probably be Kramer who has a pretty good build, or George who is a short stocky kinda guy, pretty common in the bodybuilding world. Oh well, best of luck to Jerry.

Bill Phillips literally "has more money than God".  Didn't he say he was going to move to Beverly Hills and write screenplays or something like that. He was always talking about his house in Hawaii too. Who really knows.

George used to compete at state level powerlifting, was very strong on bench. Low 500's, with a shirt though.

i'm not man...unfortunately i discovered that to get laid all you need is a sharp wit..meh..

no tome for bbing right now..one day i'll get in the kinda shape i dream of..i have the bone structureand problem areas for other bbers (hams ..calves..delts..mid back) grow well on me


...except..easy areas on others..arms..chest..don t grow at all for me  :-[
