First post here. Been reading this forum for about a year, finally decided to join up and post.
I am curious why every shoots down low doses of stuff, or just taking things like winstrol? I have been on 20mgs of winstrol a day for the last 8 weeks and I have to say, I am happy as hell with the effects. Did I gain 20 pounds? Nope-maybe put on 5 pounds so far at the most, but all my lifts have gone up every workout, I hit prs every workout, and I am getting better.
Before anyone thinks I am a newbie, I am 250 pounds and have been training for 16 years.
It seems people just want it so fast that they just jack up the drugs instead of dialing in their diets or training harder. You wouldnt expect to squat 1000 overnight would you? So why are people trying to put 30 pounds of muscle on in 12 weeks? I just dont get it.
Dosing isnt the key, the key is to eat big, train bigger, kill yourself in the weight room every single day, and use supplements effectively.
Before anyone new jumps into a gram of test a week or deca or dbol, just take it slow. You have years to make gains-
