omg I have to jump in here....
I had a co-worker tell me he wanted to gain muscle mass while lifting...you know the "ask the muscle guy who works out" situation we all get (he was a fat boy gone skinny by not eating and dieting properly, so he looked like sh*t)
Trying to get a feed on his plan of attack, I go "how much protein do you take in...how much do you eat?"
Before I could finish, he cut me off at protein and said...."No, I don't want take any of that kinda stuff!" "I want to do it all NATURAL!"
This is no joke. I asked him if he though protein was a steroid, he said "I heard it's not good for you!" NO LIE
