Does Ronnie train harder than Jay or just heavier?

I say heavier.  Jay looks like he really goes all out when he trains.  It just so happens that he deadlifts with 405 with the same subjective intensity that Ronnie does with 675.

Ronnie is definitely more intense. In his new video Jay stopped deadlifting off the floor because it put too much strain on the waist ???

I know guys that train as heavy and as hard as Jay and look nothing like him...if jay trained like ronnie...he wouldnt look like him either

Jay's form is excellent on just about any movement. I actually believe him when he says that he trains to feel the muscle working. Ronnie seems more concentrated on just moving the weight from point A to B. Obvioulsy both ways work.

both train hard and heavy - the main difference is that Ronnie truly loves what he does. Coleman loves working out and being in the gym. Jay cares more about making money - the training is more a means to an end.

Bodybuilding is Ronnie's hobby. Bodybuilding is Cutler's job.

meh... Switch cutlers genetics with Ronnie's they would both look the same just reversed.  This crap about cutler not training as hard as Coleman is funny. He is not as gifted genetically.

Does Guy think that the way ronnie trains is the difference between him and Jay winning the Olympia?

That would be the easiest thing for Jay to change and 'hello' prolly woulda tried it

remember shooter mcgavin in happy gilmour adopting that 'crazy' swing style

You are getting Jay's commitment and desire confused. He has been fortunate coincidentally and taken advantage of such opportunities since he is MUCH more marketable than Ronnie. Jay has quit playing the mass game and focused on himself and the prize. He will win in 2006 and Ronnie Lard will fall! No one is unbeatable!
