Tapping into the devils power to lift hardcore

sometimes im ill i got sick thoughts in my head feel like killing people i feel like doing 1000 pushups, im not a devil worshiper but sometimes i like to channel his powers and steal them to lift like i beast. when listening to one of my marilyn manson cd's i feel the rage!

I did your pushup workout on chest day and it was the best exercise of the workout and ever.

I know what you mean about calling on the powers.  I use visions as well.  Sometimes I picture myself as a machine made of turbines and pistons....Seems to do the trick.

First of all, dont kill your agresivity with push up and music.
In stead,look into your heart and ask it "Why I am agresive like this now?"

This is not for killing your will of killing people.

Just ask it.

Then you will know what it is and you will find a way. And no more frustration.
I dont care about the result (You kill people or not).

Its all point of view.
