NOTICE TO ALL 2010 NPC NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS COMPETITORS
The following athletes are required to participate in The NPC NEWS Photo Shoot With J.M. Manion On Sunday, October 17th At The Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel from 9 a.m. To 12 Noon:
• MEN’S OVERALL WINNER
• WOMEN’S OVERALL WINNER
• THE 6 FIGURE HEIGHT CLASS WINNERS
• THE 6 BIKINI HEIGHT CLASS WINNERS
Only the 4 Overall Winners are to bring their Overall Trophies.
The Men’s & Women’s Overall Winners should bring their posing suits and posing oil.
The 6 Bikini & 6 Figure Height Class winners need to bring their 2-piece competition suits along with any other 2-piece bikinis.
All Competitors Please Plan Accordingly With Your Travel Plans.
2010 NPC National Bodybuilding Championships
One week to go as we are heading to the 2010 NPC National Bodybulding, Figure and Bikini Championships. This year, the event is being held in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Centennial Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
Schedule of events for the fans are as follows: On Friday, Oct 15, at 4:30pm, the Men’s Bodybuilding and Women’s Bikini prejudging will occur. On Saturday, Oct 16, at 8am, the Women’s Bodybuilding and Figure prejudging will occur. On Saturday, Oct 16, at 6:30pm, all the finals will occur.
Prejudging tickets for Friday evening are $50 each. Prejudging tickets for Saturday are $35 each. Final tickets are $125 and $75.

For some of you planning ahead, the 2011 Mr. Olympia is going to be a week earlier, on the weekend of September 16-17th. This year’s Olympia was one of the most successful ever, with a near record crowd at the Orleans Arena and at the expo.

2010 Olympia Weekend After Party
From Jason Dhir –> At 11pm on Saturday night September 25th, history will be made… The doors to HAZE nightclub will open to hold the first ever Official Olympia Party. The Olympia weekend has set the standard for the industries trade shows/competitions bringing in Hollywood celebrities, over the top entertainment and hundreds of pro athletes and models from around the globe. Hence, in order to bring a MEGA-Party such as this to Vegas (similar to what I do annually every March in Columbus, Ohio), there is ultimately only one site on the Vegas strip that can contain this Massive Mastodon of Mega and that is at HAZE Night club located at Aria Hotel/Resort.
This will be a new standard in Olympia After-Parties and is held at one next level location. I am not talking about a wine and cheese affair at a hotel welcoming room nor a half assed hot or not after party. I am talking an upper echelon, pinch me I am dreaming, reality check party… so fasten your seatbelts
2010 IFBB Detroit BB and Bikini Results
No question Stan McQuay was looking like he is going to do very well next weekend at the 2010 Olympia 202lb and Under Bodybuilding Contest with his overall win here, swaying all the judges! Daryl Gee, another incredible competitor was second, with third place going to Tricky Jackson. Mark Dugdale was just shy with 4th place, and PD Devers placed 5th in his first IFBB Pro contest after turning pro a month ago.

Two more rookies came to Detroit for the last IFBB Pro Bikini contest to qualify for the 2010 Olympia, and they both garnered the top spots. Noemi Olah from Hungary blew away the competition, and could be a very serious contender for the top six at the Olympia next week. Christy Merritt also wowed the judges, and Dina Al-Sabah, after improving at each contest, garned the last qualifying spot for the Bikini Olympia. Congratulations! Davana Medina, on her first pro contest as a bikini competitor, placed 5th, still a little too muscular but quite impressive.

2010 IFBB Tournament of Champions Pro Bikini Results
Sonia Gonzales is the queen of California, winning another IFBB Pro Bikini contest here in Culver City (the first one was the Musclecontest.com back in March). With two weeks left for the first Bikini Olympia, Sonia looks to dominate, albiet Amanda Latona, Ali Rosen and Nathalia Melo might beat her there.
Also, two rookie IFBB pros debuted here, and both Brook Mora and Anca Marcus won the right (and will be) to compete at the Bikini Olympia in two weeks. Wow! Congratulations! Zhanna Roar and Dina Al-Sabah each were one point difference from Anca. Look for Dina to go to Detriot to compete in the last IFBB Pro Bikini contest for the O.

2010 IFBB Tournament of Champions
18 IFBB Pro Bikini competitors will take the stage on Saturday, September 11th, 2010 at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Culver City, California. It is going to be a great contest, with the top three to be qualified to compete at the first IFBB Bikini Olympia. In addition to this contest, there is also the NPC Tournament of Champions, which currently has more than 100 competitors.

2010 North American Championships Results
2010 proved to be a very good year for some competitors that have been waiting to get their pro card for a whie. At the 2010 North American’s, 13 pro cards were given out, including 4 to the men. Congratulations to Lee Banks for winning the overall, and to Abbas Khatami for getting the second pro card of the open classes. PD Devers won his class in the Open, but also won the overall in the Masters 40+ to take home a pro card, while Chris Filipelli took the pro card for his win in the Master’s 50+
In Women’s Bodybuilding, Monique Jones beat 30 competitors to take the overall title, while Claire O’Connel won the Masters 35+ Overall, and also the Lightweight in the open to claim the second pro card. Congratulations.
In Fitness, Sherry Boudrea beat 13 competitors to win her IFBB pro card!
In Figure, Kaylen McKenzie won the Figure C Class and the Overall Open and received her invitation for the IFBB Pro Card! Second pro card given was to Meredith Berthelson, who won the Figure D Class. Tiffany Procopio won the Figure B Class, but received her pro card by winning the Masters 35 Overall! Congratulations!
In Bikini, Zara Pineda-Boorder won the Bikini C Class and also overall open title! Angela Leong won the Masters 35+ overall title for he r pro card, and Samantha Morris (who earned it via winning Class D since Angela already won her pro card in Masters).

With the 2010 Mr. Olympia, the biggest bodybuilding spectacular on the planet, speeding toward us at warped speed, “The Worldwide Leader in Sports” has taken notice.
On Wednesday at 4 p.m. EST, ESPN2’s SportsNation will showcase the IFBB Pro League’s elite — Phil Heath, Dexter Jackson, Kai Greene, Hidetada Yamagishi and Dennis Wolf — as they discuss NFL football and, of course, the 2010 Mr. Olympia on September 24-25. It’s an incredible opportunity for the sport of bodybuilding to reach a broader audience while offering a handful of the finest pros in the game a well-deserved spotlight on national TV.
Said Heath, “I have a chance to be recognized as a top bodybuilder by ESPN, and it’s definitely a moment I’ll never forget. 2010 Europa Super Show Dallas – Prejudging
After prejudging was over, it looks likes in the Men’s Open, Essa Obiad, Cedrick McMillan and Bill Wilmore are in the lead for the top three spots.
For the Men’s Bodybuilding 202lbs and Under, Seth Feroce, Tricky Jackson and Joraslav Horvath look like the top three competitors.
