just bought two 2 liters of coke and a gallon of cherry cheesecake ice cream

seeing as i can basically add bout 600 cals back into ma "diet" i'll make those 600 cals consist of coca-cola and cherry ice cream ;D ;D ;D

i've decided to have an 1800 cal base with 160 pro gram base and then on certain days i can have a burger and fries or a small pizza and still be safe ;)

1800 seems ok if you can handle it I say you can go to 2000 being lean as you are metabolism gets faster, be careful on the burger and fries they can be addicting.

actually the sweets are worse coz the make me hungry

burgers and fries satisfy me and don't stimulate my appetite like sweets do

This is the same thing Falcon asked today. He is craving fats because he is mowing yards now burning carbs up then the body turns to fats for energy once fats get low you crave them hence the burger and fries do the trick.

fats are 9 grams per calorie, carbs are 4 what does that say? When you eat fats you don't get hungry as quickly. Example my dad used to say "if I eat a apple then I want to eat everything in the house" apple is fructose ie sugar eating sugar just makes you want more.

Exactly what I am saying, the body burns sugar faster than fat so you get hungry faster than eating fats which take longer to burn.

We got Parker as the third judge, he has the pics and I explained to keep them on this thread. We will judge each similar pic on 10 the point system, 10 being highest 1 lowest on similar pics if NJ agrees. The most points win.
