I think you've said you thought I used drugs or hormones or whatever it was when you saw a pic of me in contest shape.  The only thing I did was use one Lipo 6 before training and glutamine and BCAAs (BCAAs starting 3 weeks before show day because my trainer forgot to tell me to get them).  That's it..and trained and dieted strictly for 10 weeks.  I was 135 pounds at 5'10" on contest day.  A tall twink. 

I think pics make the physiques look bigger/more muscular than they are.

I've never been in a magazine and am not in the Fitness Industry, but I got very lean when I did my one contest.  Maybe you're only referring to professionals that use now in your above post but it is possible to get lean naturally.  I don't have a Pro-Figure physique and certainly didn't on contest day, but I was very lean and used nothing but what I said.

And I didn't have it measured but someone told me my bf% was probably between 10 and 12%
